CoCube is an educational robot designed to bring modern robotics into the classroom in a simple, motivating way, with great potential for expansion. Its cubic shape and lightweight design make it an easy-to-handle robot in any workspace, from primary education to high school.
Precise positioning with CoMaps
One of its most innovative features is its ability to achieve absolute positioning with millimetric precision on printed maps (CoMaps). Thanks to an integrated optical system, the robot can know its real-time position (x, y) and orientation (?), enabling activities related to navigation, path design, maze solving, or rescue simulations.
Simple expansion with magnetic modules
CoCube features a front magnetic connector that allows easy attachment of expansion modules, called CoModules. These include a servo gripper for logistics challenges, a ToF laser sensor for obstacle avoidance, RGB LED panels, 3D gesture sensors, or even a vision module with artificial intelligence. This modularity makes it possible to adapt the robot to different levels and projects while always keeping the same working base.

Visual and accessible programming
The robot is mainly programmed using MicroBlocks, a highly intuitive block-based graphical environment that provides immediate feedback and helps learners clearly understand the connection between code and results. In addition, it is compatible with Snap! for activities involving coordinated multiple robots and offers control options via Python, making it a scalable tool that grows along with students.

Connectivity and control
CoCube offers several connection options: USB-C, Bluetooth Low Energy, and Wi-Fi. This allows everything from simple individual use to the programming and coordination of multiple robots over a network. Thanks to this flexibility, it adapts to different scenarios, whether for short classroom challenges or more complex collaborative activities.

Designed for STEAM education
Its color TFT display, integrated buttons, LED indicators, and buzzer add possibilities for direct interaction with students. Battery life fits well within typical class sessions, and it can also operate continuously when connected by cable.
With CoCube, students can carry out projects ranging from tabletop soccer to robotics with artificial vision, as well as autonomous navigation activities, group choreographies, or voice control.
